Organization and study

            This is just a common thing, if I said it was about soft skills and hard skills. Like a computer, that is necessary for concerning to both of it. We are also like that system; I just can say I am nothing without both of it. I do study seriously, but other ways I do join any organization, why? Because I am nothing without interactions, I am nothing without any others people around me. I have to be developed. Example, if I was the cleverest student of my sub department but I never join committee, I was like a “Snell”. I will never have a chance to speak up. I’ll never have an obligation for learning about people’s characteristic. We will work together, with any characters. I don’t think so if we would get a similar people which has similar point of views like us (a few possibility).

I have to learn (much) about respect another, manage myself (stress management, social management, time management, energy management). I can learn it by book, but it just a theory, we need practical.

That was the point, study is important, for support our knowledge, our work. It is our responsibility to make any other peoples respect us because we know something and we are the best of that path. The application of that knowledge is working together with another, and corporation. You know, some evidences have been found. The best hard skill without soft skill will gives nothing. Also the best soft skill without hard skill will gives the same result. 

             But sometimes, we will choose one more important of our life. Sometimes we have to make such a sacrifice to make decision. Once again, I still learn for being better. I still learn for choosing the priority (which one I have to do first). You know, it is not easy. And that will be my consequence if I would get the worst. But just throw that pessimistic. If we are serious, we will get the best, suitable with our dreams. Slow but sure. And the last, “Life is the matter about choice”. Which one the first? We have to decide with all of our responsibility.
